SAFETY: Safety is our number one concern. Do not let children climb on or around dumpsters. For the safety of removing and hauling your rented dumpster to the landfill, do not overfill dumpsters above the top of the rim as overfilling can lead to more charges if we cannot haul and need to come back to remove the dumpster. Do not allow material to hang over the sides.

RENTAL TIME: When you rent your Junk Clean Dumpster we want you to use it to its full purpose and get the most out of your rental. Our rental period on our 10 cubic yard dumpster is a 5 "five" day rental and on our 20 cubic yard dumpster is 7 "seven" day rental. Rental fee over the 5 or 7 day rental is $10 a day. Rental period includes weekends. 

Example, 10 yard dumpster dropped off Monday will be picked up on Saturday. 20 yard dumpster dropped off on Monday will be picked up the following Monday.

Your dumpster will be scheduled for automatic pickup in the 5 or 7 day time period. If you see that you will need your dumpster longer, please let us know within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup day.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP: When we deliver your Junk Clean Dumpster, please choose a safe and designated area for your dumpster. All dumpsters must be placed on solid ground in or near a driveway. Our drivers are trained on setting dumpsters safely and professionally.

Please make sure there is nothing blocking the dumpster on day of pickup. When we come out to pick up your rented dumpster, if we are unable remove the dumpster due to something blocking it, such as a vehicle, there will be a service charge of $50 added to your bill.
